A rare full ball from Anderson.

Expect Pujara and Rahane to go well here, reckon Kohli will struggle.

England could find themselves in a mess too when batting, no idea who is going to score runs for them.

Pujara's wicket is the key here for england if they somehow get him then half job done for poms.

Ian Bell.

To be honest, the curator had to do this to Lord's pitch. This was the only way this flat surface was going to produce a result. Another draw here could have been disastrous for Test Cricket.

This could still turn out to be a great pitch for batting 3rd day onwards, but atleast the curator tried.

Pujara has decided to block his way to lunch

This will be a pancake by the time Engerlund bat I reckon. Looks like one of those Hobbit day and night wickets.

It's just late swing, unlike South Africa. Not unplayable as such.

Our batting line-up is a joke though. We effectively only have Kohli and Rahane after this.

Continuing the theme from the first test, there is no third man from Cook.

Damn, can't play the assured 'Indian' leg slide flick either.

This is good to watch. Batsmen struggling.. It will be same for England, Poms should realize

this two have to survive till lunch

i dunt think MSD and jadeja will survive on this pitch binny has a chance though

Nevermind, impact wasn't as high as I first thought.

Hawkeye is flawed if it shows that hitting the stumps. After all, there is no way it can factor the eventual rate of swing - which is pretty high on a deck like this.

Binny should be promoted here. Dhoni and Jadeja are going to slog anyway, so no point wasting Binny with tail.

Cook should remove Mid-on and put a third man.

Reckon Kumar would have been much more dangerous than Broad and Anderson here.

I don't think Plunkett is that good a bowler so once he comes on it should be smoother.

i think binny should come above MSD though it will insulting for the captain but he showed over and over again he don't have the technique to play the swinging balls

Agree, have Jadeja and Binny kamikaze it.

They either waste a few balls or score some quick runs and put pressure on Cook and the English bowlers.

This is borderline cheating from England, having their bowlers go off for a massage or whatever before and after their spells.

Broad has just run-off, faking a niggle.

Reckon the poor Barbie has gone off for instructions

Footsteps needs to bowl fuller

They did it for both Ashes series.

I do not see binny as long term test prospect , unless he is playing on a surface which has seam movement

Plunkett on, hopefully the runs will flow.

2 minutes before a :mc mention, that must be a new record for Warne :warne

Clarke is the kind of man India need in these conditions.. He keeps on attacking the bowlers

Saqlain Mushtaq on Twitter says he will be commentating too.

They have survived the difficult period of this pitch and now England will receive the beating of their life.

Threat has passed. England wasted the green mamba time. India should get to 400 easy now
