We have had a lot of these draft competitions previously on PP. World T20 2014 draft, World cup 2015 draft, a couple of IPL drafts, Fifa world cup draft, hypothetical All time test and ODI drafts. No draft took more than a couple of days because of active participants. There were too many inactive posters in the test draft so it took more than a week
