An exciting tournament would be Pak Ind Aus Safrica in a completely random place like England or West Indies to assess how bad/good these sides are with respect to their bowling/batting"

ct2013 says hi

India on self destruction mode, let's see how the out of form Raina Dhoni Yuvi perform under pressure

Lol, that is the only way they could have got him without any damage.

Raina will have to score atleast 70-80.. he has been hiding under others performances for a long time

Rohit's perfect partners are Dhawan and Kohli. When he pairs with others who can't give the momentum, result is a bad run rate

watching this match for last 30 mins and already bored of no contest this is pathetic bowlers have nothing to threat batsman with.

Yep, both kind of matches are boring, the current series where batsmen make merry and the Pak SA matches where teams cannot cross 200 most times

This pitch is doing something for the bowlers unlike the earlier pitches.

Yuvraj gonna make merry with johnson absent from this match.

Actually Pak vs SA matches are giving right value to batsmen's runs, gritty 50s; one of the most beautiful aspect of ODI cricket are being scored, century is too big a landmark to be devalued. Low scores have lot to do with 20 something average bowlers from both sides.

Not really, some of the shots played in the UAE series have been school boy stuff. Inability to rotate strike or adapt was obvious from both batting sides. Add sluggish out field and ball not coming to the bat. Pretty sure even Ashwin and Jadeja would have run through sides on those pitches and BK would have been good too. You talk about 20 average bowlers, but the more outstanding bowlers have been people like Tahir and Afridi, who are not legends in bowling

A good contest would be matches with around 250-275 scored

something seriously wrong with Australian fielding they have been very sloppy dropping simple catches through out

Rohit has another landmark for this year - 1000 ODI runs this year - fourth after Bailey, Kohli and Misbah
