To be fair, this is the first massive hole we've been in for a long time. We've been at the edge of it, but not quite in a hole like this. Up to Misbah and Shafiq to revive the innings now. Sarfraz will be needed to launch off some sort of platform, even if it is a little shaky.

The issue is that they're not following a basic rule of thumb.

Respect the good balls, and hit the bad balls. They're locked in a shell, and over relying on hitting out against the spinners. It's not going to work next year.
