I forgot to mention that I want to strangle McCullum as well.

If I buy you a ticket will you actually go to the stadium and work your way through the strangle list?

You have to include SB in it though.

Whats the logic of taking a powerplay now? The guy doing the hitting is still there.

I already have a ticket for the match on 13th :D

Asking him to try and hit Ajmal I guess. Plus new batsmen at the crease.

we all know how suspect NZ batting is we gotta get these two out & then its over because Vettori doesn't find the right support most of the time

Do you suggest we keep it until the 40th over perhaps? :younis

The second Powerplay has been taken by Pakistan. Right time, given there's a new batsman out in the middle. Gul charges in

Pakistan need some wickets here or we will be chasing 300+ again!

I just hope when Pakistan come out to bat we see some flexability in the batting line up.

Gull shows sign of improvement lool i guess:
Umar Gul to Guptill, no run, the inswinging yorker, in the blockhole on the off, dug out well by Guptill

Khawar: "My concern remains the Pakistani openers. In both the games thay were off the pace. In the first, if it was not for Afridi and other lower order batsmen we would have ended at 230 max. In the last game they again were so slow that it beefed up pressure on the middle order which eventually crumbled under pressure. I'm not a big fan of Farhat but since he is there I think we should have given him an opportunity in place of Khalid Latif who has been very slow for a one day game."

Gul has already bowled 7 overs. He must be saved for the batting power play.

Yes perhaps we could start rotating the strike more regularly than we do our middle order batsmen.

Good over by Ajmal, pulling things back. Gul has fixed his length, he's pitching it up far more than usual.

aheel disagrees with employing Gul right now: "Why is Gul an attacking bowler? I dont understant why hes put into bowling in the 1st PP? He should be kept until the 25th over where hes good in bowling yorkers and reverse the ball. Amir and Razzaq whould bowl. razzaq is capable of picking one or two wickets in the frist 10 overs like Amir. Gul should bowl after 20 or 25th over when you can reverse the ball. His previous wickets were edged and bowled not bowled or caught behind so not a good strategy.

Abdul Razzaq to Guptill, 1 run, misfield by ::::Afridi::::, bowled on middle and leg, drove it wide of midwicket where Afridi made a mess of an attempted slide, conceding a single

Afridi doing his best to make SB look good...who said the Pakistan team dont support each other??

Poor fielding by Afridi. That misfield by Afridi looked very intentional

Yup he's doing it to undermine YK which proves that there is a rift in the team and Shahid should be captain he hates YK the underperforming mule.

Happy?

You take it too personally. Just chill and enjoy. You don't like the comment, don't respond. This is only a game of cricket. There aremore important things in life to be serious about.

guyz check this out.....

Saeed Ajmal to Guptill, OUT, the doosra does the trick, played for the spin there, trying to work it through the leg side, got a leading edge as it went the other way and Younis Khan at mid-off did well running to his left and taking a testing chance

MJ Guptill c Younis Khan b Saeed Ajmal 8 (21b 0x4 0x6) SR: 38.09

Ajmal's kept things tight despite the restrictions, the wicket certainly helps.

Whats with Razzaq's huge runup? He could bowl just as quick off a 10 metre runup.

Abdul Razzaqs pace is not good enough for international cricket. We need 3 genuine fast bowlers (135+ km/h) in our ODI line up. Hopefully Mohammad Asif is there when we don't play in Dubai/Abud Dhabi.

If I was YK, I'd give Razzaq 5 overs and bowl Malik for 5 overs. Razzaq's pace just doesn't cut it anymore.

Cricinfo got crazy!

That was quite disgraceful of Razzaq. He knew and for a moment wanted to take his chances.
