That's Shafiq for you even after 40 odd tests he is not looking comfortable there. Misbah just bats this way and once Pak is in safe zone he'll hit out.

I almost throw up when someone compares him with MoYo interms of technique, he can't even polish MoYo shoes, let alone be compared with him. You can tolerate Misbah being cautious and playing defensively because you know he can turn it around with his big shots but when have you ever seen Shafiq changing his gears after scoring a hundred? The only thing he's good at is "block, block and block" with an occasional off side cut, but other than that he's a complete flop.

Here is what needs to be done to him, get rid of him by pushing him into a deep dark bottomless well, falling eternally down the black void.
