Sure, I agree with you. But in reality they will never do that because PCB knows it will only hurt them going forward. Reality is, BCCI is too powerful for anyone to challenge them, ICC included. ICC will sacrifice PCB in place of BCCI on any given day, even if India gives ICC in writing like you suggested. Is it unfair? 100% but whoever brings more to the table has a bigger say always. This is not Bangladesh where PCB will bully them into paying them money and thinks that they will come out as winners.

like i said before , which team gets replaced or not.. its job of ICC as tournament organizer . this is a valid question for ICC not PCB

Posters here are funny, on one hand they say broadcasters want India Pakistan match on other hand they say India will be replaced and broadcaster will be happy

BCCI wont agree to partnership model. Partners need be equals.

It will go back to hybrid or ct out of pak

If PCB agree to Hybrid now it's because BCCI is ready to give $$$$ to PCB. Compensate PCB loss of gate money and other revenue. They probably also cover extra cost involved with Hybrid model. Will PCB even be in a position to give compensation to BCCI if they want to play outside India?

BCCI excuse for not playing in Pakistan is because of their claim that they don't have government approval. The Indian Foreign office has stated that this is the decision of the BCCI. We have had a few Indian politicians comment that India should send its team to Pakistan. Why is BCCI refusing to provide a letter or an official document in writing proving that it is the Indian Government refusing to provide permission to BCCI to send its team to Pakistan?

The Pakistani government has categorically told the PCB this time not to make any concessions to the BCCI without getting anything in return and to follow a *** for Tat policy. Its okay for BCCI to follow its government directives but India wants the PCB to defy the Pakistani government?

The PCB was well aware that India would not accept the proposed conditions, which is precisely why those conditions were put forward.

This is not a U-Turn by the PCB, they have made maamu out of India.

Now, the BCCI is approaching the broadcasters, advising them not to request an India vs. Pakistan match, as India will not be traveling to Pakistan. With no hybrid model in place due to the BCCI’s refusal to accept the conditions, the entire tournament will be in Pakistan without India's participation.

Without India CT cannot happen..It is not India's loss..It's ICC who is facing loss in revenue and PCB trying to save its face..just wait for the outcome..it's either pak agree to play hybrid without any agreement or whole CT gets postponed..both way Pak and ICC are the ones going to get affected..we have IPL the money spinner to earn sufficient money..

There has quite a few opinions that ICC shouldn't have allowed BCCI to gain power and things should have controlled decades ago.

Here is an opportunity for spell out what, when and hwo you would have done things differently.

Remember the Eng-Aus veto was in place till 1993 and that went away thanks to Jagmohan Dalmiya
