I wish they were doing atleast one classic Survivor Series elimination match at Survivor Series. Even if it was Solo's jobber Bloodline vs. Sami and friends.

20 years ago today, the legendary Eddie Guerrero passed away.

I remember going on to the wwe website and reading that Eddie had passed away. At first I thought it was a storyline but sadly, that wasn’t the case. 😭

Eddie was my absolute favourite during 2002-05. His passing hit me so hard and still to this day, his passing hurts me so much. He had so much more left to give to the wrestling business. Just imagine if Eddie was still alive today, he could have been Dominic’s manager or something. I miss Eddie so much.

Not a fan off 3 doors down but this tribute hits deep, WWE put it out exactly 20 years ago:

There’s not anybody who weren’t fans of his, he made everyone smile and no bad word is ever said about Eddie; if there ever was a criticism, it was that he took too much pride in his work and loved this business to the point it became overwhelming.

He was also my nan’s favourite wrestler and we use to watch Smackdown on Sky together every Saturday morning, she isn’t in this world anymore either and this video hits me even harder. My nan use to laugh at his comedy & punch me and say, how can you tell me that doesn’t hurt? lol

Wargames should be a stipulation for special occasions not just for Survivor series every year like HIAC.

Big Show became a big jobber later in his career.
Don’t think Vince knew how to best utilize Kane and Big Show.

Esp Kane. Should’ve done way more in the attitude era.

Undertaker is the only “big guy” that was used real well and even then he had a lot of his own input and creative control on things after he had been there long enough. American badass was completely his idea iirc because he thought a different side of him was required for the attitude era.

Kane is pretty underrated as a big man cause he was always compared with Taker (who is easily the best big wrestler of all time). Kane mimicked Taker's style very well and arguably did chokeslam better than him. Kane was a pretty good wrestler, great personality, promos, character work, in ring psyche might have been his weakest point but he was way better than the others. He was Mr Royal Rumble for majority of his career before he got totally neutered after 2010 but even then he adapted very well to the comic side and had his last good feud against Seth when he was portraying both Corporate Kane and Masked Kane. Should have held WWE title more times than he did.

I think Big Show wasn't used right in WWE.

He was utilized much better in WCW.

Past 2004 he lost all his mystique as well, I guess it was the times as well and the fact he thrived during the MN Wars was a big thing as well. But no doubt WCW got more out of him in that environment and used him quiet well to get Goldberg over.

I think Roman was arguably the best Heyman guy ever and the best student Heyman ever managed, and these two as a pair were special:

Neck to neck with Brock IMO. He taught Brock how to make money and be a draw(which is what Brock wanted, Brock raised his own profile through UFC as well). The heights which Roman improved is just massive. Roman seems to know every thing that clicks with pro wrestling it seems.
