Replays should be always used. I was commenting on Umpire giving out when I hardly used to see anyone given out in such situations before DRS time.

It has very little to do with which bowlers. I observed that this Indians team can't bat out time. Not talking about ability here. Simply their mindset. They try to play attacking in meaningless situations. I would say it's fine if you are setting a target and trying to force something. Here, Indians had no chance to win. Only thing they needed was to bat out time today and game would have been pretty much dead. But you see them trying to play shots.

Someone playing 20(100) is lot more valuable than 40(60) in many situations but still you will see many Indians trying to play the later. I am not saying that you play 20(100) but talking about the mindset when you need to save the test. I know that most of them are stroke maker but even SRT with all the shots refused to play aggressively if he felt that it was not working for him.

That's why I was so optimistic about Eng win despite Broad not being there.

COnsidering that the ball is not swinging and not much in there for spinners either.

All the wickets that Jimmy got were straight deliveries and Moen Ali did not bamboozle any batsmen. he is just bowling regular offspin. Any half decent player of spin should easily negoitate and score off him.

Just shows you that players like Kohli/Dhawan/Gambit/Pujara are all horribly out of form.

Yes they use to be the best but ever since 2012 they have struggled against spin. Sri Lanka and South Africa are the best against spin.
