Just Over 7 hours to go till the big match gets underway !

Lots of questions beging asked Will Afridi return? Who will he replace? Will Afridi score double century? :p Will Afridi Open?

come on Shahid A you know better than that man. Lets wait this one out instead of making another afridi comment.

Nah, has been dropped for the last few games. Maharoof has been doing a good job - and also bats a bit.
 
i wana see asif back in this game, any news on the actual players playing today
 
i just hope that a pakistan batsmen can preform today unlike so far in this tournemant!

good to see him cranking up 140-143
hopefully he gets to his best (eng tour, sydney,perth test, and 20/20 wc) via IPL
 
i think they'll bowl afridi 4 over on the trot or maybe he has been told by gilly that he is pure batsman today...lol
 
Delhi gonna get 200 - afridi and gilli should open - this the last chance for the chargers to make a statement
 
I don't think Gilchrist rates Afridi's bowling after seeing him in the nets, justifiably. He rates Venu rao a better bowler than afridi. Venu Rao is just a part timer :p

thats crap - you are telling me that they are playing afridi as a batsman? lol - or just to energize the fielding...

yeah - has gilli lost the plot? thats why i say afridi for captain - no fear of losing a game...thats why he captains well in domestic cricket...

I wonder if Afridi is being bowled for 4 at the death on purpose so that they can drop him? I'll bet the DC management got hammered for dropping Afridi in the last game due to Afridi's bowling.

So did they think let's bowl a spinner for the last 4 overs at the death and when he gets hammered we can drop him and say his bowling isnt up to standard either?
 
Afridi cannot survive even in ordinary leagues in India as a bowler. They are good against spinners.. Probably he would take wickets against other teams.
 
but i am telling you gilli wants to chase 250 - afridi looked really lethargic while bowling

merc... styris bowled after afridi.. he is more economical.. so what is death overs in T20?

case closed. Ojha a proper bowler with zero internatinoal experience fooled an inform player who is very good against spin bowling. Specialists are specialists.

Ganguly was in such a rut that even kamran akmal could have taken his wicket.. That is not bamboozling him. That is just an ordinary leg spin. That one ball cannot make him a great spinner.

Still he started his spell from the 13th over and he got smacked...seems like too many excuses...he is bowling death overs...he has issues with left handers...still hoping he clicks with the bat...

come on he has been the only attacking bowler in pakistan team since gul and asif are injured.

2 bad performances with the bowling and everybody started bashing.
 
Failing with the bat so many times as Afridi has - its gotta wreak havoc on your mental state while bowling...
