You either make the call to stamp his books and never play him again which I disagree with when we're mucking around with Doolan, Shaun Marsh and Maxwell (at 3).

Or you play him.

Having him sit around giving out the drinks is just a waste of everyone's time.

And if you're going to play Maxwell you put Smith, who bats at 3 for his state, in at number 3.
