England can forfeit the match or watch Misbah block for 3 more days. The choice is theirs.

he really isn't though. England have worked him out - he is two dimensional at best. England are just ignoring his token 1 run an over and looking to take out the man at the other end. It's worked with Younis and Asad so far.
 
Azhar ali leg break is quite useful. When he bowled to sanga it looked quite good. Misbah should try to use a lil bit more.

So you're admitting they cant get Misbah out?
 
Adnan needs to just get his feet moving more and get forward and needs to trust the pitch, no demons in it!

we just need one partnership of 100 and we will have a good solid lead!

If tail from rehman onwards get double figures each it would give us a healthy lead.

No :facepalm:

some people need to learn to read between the lines, to locate the implicit happenings in the middle. just because a guy is sat there not losing his wicket doesn't mean it's always a good innings.

If working out a batsman is trying to keep him conserved and trying to get the other batsmen out, WELL DONE ENGLAND! They've worked him out for sure :)))

Pakistan still have 5 wickets left and lead by 50+, long tail or no long tail. Looking good for a 100+ lead. Let's see what they end up with.

they're not even bothering with him dude, he's not a threat, he will just sit there. we've seen Misbah let his team down in the past by displaying no initiative around less experienced players, no point denying it.

Adnan certainly gives its a waft when he goes for his shots.
 
Whippy one more thing. By blocking all these balls, the new ball is getting older and older. 15 overs ago England were looking to take the new ball and wipe out the tail. Misbah is succeeding in making it easier for the tail to bat when they come in.
 
Azhar ali for once did not get to trademark 50 this time. We would be in a totally different position with that.

Anti-cricket is what I called him during Bangladesh, got plenty of approval and also some criticism. I stick by the term. He doesn't get 'it'

Again Misbah is playing useless inning of time wasting.... almost played 100 balls 34 Runs.. :facepalm:

Misbah is really strugling to middle anything here

Misbahs not everyones cup of tea He gets enough criticism from pakistani fans for the way he plays but this method is effective in avoiding the regular collapses of the past

application is something else, it requires intent as well as intelligence, and no small amount of talent. Misbah is simply a limited player, and that is why he is how he is.
