Also, you have misunderstood what I said.

I was correcting your definition of 'looser' which was 'make lose' or 'loosen', which is actually a verb not an adjective. The adjective 'looser' means....MORE loose. It is the comparative of the adjective loose.....loose, looser, loosest being the adjective, the comparative and the superlative. It has nothing to do with making something loose or loosening something as you were saying.

The verb is to loosen, not loosed or loosing. Loosening is the present continuous....but loosing....no such word. You're completely wrong.

By the way I'm an English teacher so no point in contradicting me on this one ;-)

He knows he's been picked because of his father in law. If he had any shame he would walk away. the man would be a legend in my eyes if he did so. I don't see what's silly in that at all.

Wow a few unbeleivable changes ... maybe the selectors read mohammad wasim's interview on Pakpassion! He was spot on with all three changes.

I dont understand, sorry I havent been reading about it. Why is everyone scared to bat at No.3 for Pak ? Will they be sniped on the head if they come back to Pakistan by younis Khan's mafia ?

Lets hope Farhat doesn't make too many. Enough for a decent opening stand not too much to keep him in the team.

Butt has looked comfortable out there. Farhat has been iffy.

I hope I don't jinx 'em. My first post in this thread since play began....
 
These two have scored too many runs already, means second innings they're destined for failure!
 
I am sure that is a farhat look a like batting out there - there's no other explaination.

good point, although anyone who has half a brain can do that. malik is a great player of spin and decent a good player of medium pace but not great against movement combined with decent pace
 
They can't go wrong if they play attack with caution. Aren't doing bad so far. As long as they don't go bezerk or get bogged they should be fine. Farhat and Butt ftw iA!!! :)
 
Butt is getting behind the ball and playing solid defense. Farhat still playing across.
 
Anyone watching ... Martin has bowled 6 overs for 5 runs. Is he bowling well or just too wide that our batsmen are just leaving?

He is bowling tight line/length -- plus butt/imran not taking any chances.
