If I knew it I would be running pcb. Enough of arguments, We all know how much corruption we have in our system. The right talent never comes up, Its all about who you know. If not this reason then the reason is we are so dumb that we can't look at our U16 and U19 and develop a player who can serve pak cricket. We will keep repeating the line "We got the talent" where is it noone knows... everyone will sit and talk nonsense on tv but nothing gets done.

Bowls one good spell and played for the next 4 years based on that. Hasnain bowls 1 delivery over 150kph in the PSL and is fast tracked into the team.

When Pakistan will start rewarding consistency over flukeness, will be the time Pakistan will start winning some games.

Last press conference he says Shehzad and Akmal are the best t20 players in Pak, the very next match he drops both. Matlab kuch bhi chal raha hai, jo marzi ahrahi hai karo jo marzi ahrahi hai bolo....... this is what happens when a person of his character is made all powerful.

One of the biggest mistake Pakistan has made, is that it has started picking players for the national team from PSL. PSL would never give you quality Test and ODI players as it is a very low class tournament. That has to come from 4 day cricket in the domestic. Irrespective of how bad the quality is of domestic, 4 days in itself tests your mettle and fitness. Only the good players will succeed there. The pitches have been made flatter now so hopefully it will allow batsmen to learn the art of long batting and will help bowlers develop the art of taking wickets.

But again, consistency needs to be rewarded. It would be a monumental mistake to again start selecting players based on 1 season's performance.

It's a long process. The new setup must be given 3 years to implement their vision. There will be bumps along the way like this series loss against SL but you just have to ride it. Changing the whole coaching setup again after 1 year would be another disaster.

Bro... been watching cricket for 30 years now.. Trust me It didn't change one bit. When Inzi came he said the samething "I can't change things overnight it ll take time" now this clown... still not able to digest how can pcb throws out the "minimum requirements for coach" and prefers him over dean jones.... One has to be crazy to do this.

Before every ICC tournament our team doesn't have a captain and the whole setup is in shambles and somehow we come up in Semis/QF or final. The tag of unpredictable is for a reason. When you don't pick the right talent or develop the players at grass roots level that's what happens.

Even if we had batted in minus first innings we would have struggled With Akmal and Shehzad. We are having cricket at home after so long time and have really let the crowd down.
