Time for Asad Shafiq to redeem himself?
the pathetic approach in the first innings coming back to haunt us.
Pete Rose and JibranAnsari are on vacation today, that means room for two people opened up in the wrist-slitters room.
Won't be surprised if WI win this. If they can beat Pakistan in UAE, they can do the same here.

Shezzy the savior is still left, not to worry. Inzi predicted this, it all makes sense now.

Need an almost ATG innings here from Sarfraz![]()
lol are you serious? Another wicket then it's even, until then it's our game to lose.
Oh, there you are. Misbah departs and you show up, what are the odds, eh![]()
We will not score over 70 either. WI will win by massive runs.
Typical PCB management playing Babar and Sadab. Both are not test material. Shafiq should be kicked out as well.
And another, Pakistan could get rolled over here like England did in Trinidad in 1994.
Nothing to do with 1st innings. RR was fine. Lead was crucial. Not being able to kill the West Indies in their 2nd innings, and a combination of poor 4th innings batting is costing us.
188 in the 4th innings against this West Indies attack should be gettable.
Shezzy boi will win this on his own![]()
yes even the last game deserved a draw for selfish batting of Pakistani batsmen but well done to Yasir for pulling off a win but this time WI have come back with a better reply to Pakistan's first innings.Probably justified in all honesty. Pakistan haven't looked convincing enough to take a 2-0 lead in this series. They've crawled their way to get themselves in winning positions then collapsed repeatedly. I think this team is fighting hard just to keep their noses in front.
How is Shehzad still there![]()

I guess he has done a mannat of Nafil roza or something for success !!
What bout that?? Will shehzad be able to change his career around?? Finishing the game with Sarfaraz?
everything was wrong with how Pakistan played in the first innings. The pitch was not that bad to be scoring only 10 runs off 60 balls. You have to admit it was pretty defensive and selfish batting. Our batsmen didn't think WI could comeback with any fightback so they wanted to just bat for themselves. We could have got more lead if we were more positive.
Shehzad has every opportunity to play an ATG knock here.

Abit or Rain about ?
All you weak souls giving up on Pakistan already.
Our best batsmen are at the crease. Just you wait and watch how we cruise home.
Good luck Shezzy and Saifi

I have noticed that cloud cover builds up every time Pakistan need it the most. How do you do it?![]()
Shezzy boy wasting time![]()
Rambo is the worst commentator to have ever existed.
Every time I turn the volume on I have to listen to his nonsense..things like the pitch can take them on a downward spiral.
Honestly I've had enough of watching the cricket in silence...
Please someone sack him as a commentator...
Anyway, Shafiq gone too so might as well switch channels and watch something else...
I am just laughing at the folks who were thinking we would've chased a score of near 200 in away conditions @ West Indies![]()
The match was lost when West Indies crossed the 120 mark lead !!
more than Misbah playing underpressure..![]()
Shezzy boy wasting time![]()
I think most were not confident about Pakistan chasing this down with ease and rightly so, keeping our track record in chasing smallish totals on Day 5 pitch in hindsight, it'll be extremely naive for anyone to believe that Pakistan will chase the total without any hiccups, I think everyone would've been perturbed at the prospect of an embarrassing collapse today and sadly their worst fears have been realized.
I don't know if people might remember this but Shehzad can do a Jimmy Adams here
Mamoon Syed1 I hope you guys remember the Antigua 2000 game![]()
I wish I didn't. One of our most heartbreaking defeats.
Pete Rose and JibranAnsari are on vacation today, that means room for two people opened up in the wrist-slitters room.
Before Edgebatson 2016, Before Galle 2012, Before Sydney 2010 there was Antigua 2000
That was the first time I cried over a test match loss but one has to agree that the umpiring was horrendously dodgy in that game as Wasim had dismissed Jimmy almost thrice in that single innings.
Plus that run out muck up by Saqlain in the end![]()
Pak should still be able to win it.
If Sarfraz can bat for 20 overs, Pak will be in driving seat.
Pak's lower order are no mugs with the bat. Yasir/Amir/Shadab can all bat and support Sarfraz.
I say its 60-40 advantage to WI at lunch. All is not lost for Pak. A 30 or 40 run partnership will put WI under severe pressure. They are all noobs. No experience there.
