Wahab Riaz just clocked 90.5 mph..great pace..first Pakistani bowler of the summer to clock 90 I would say?

Only sad thing is Kmaran has 4 catches and not a single drop in the about 30 overs. He maybe crawling back and Zoni out of the team

Wahab Riaz is lucky that Kamran Akmal took 3 catches on his bowling :)...

is he lucky man :P :P :P

Is it me or has Asif suddenly started bowling with a different action?

Swann wont survive against Asif for long...Especially,he struggles against the nip-backer of Asif

Nice shot by Prior, very nice actually. I don't think Asif would mind him driving though, just not that well!

finally we hear poor and pakistani fielding together , i was missing it

Well, at least it's a win-win situation for this match. Either he keeps really well or Zulqarnain comes back!

Woah Wahab.

What a way to make your test debut! One of the best test spells ever. 4 for 16! And at the oval against England! Mind boggling.

With this sort of performance, does this mean Gul's out and Riaz is in?

missed wahab's 4th wicket during namaz. well bowled boy!

4 wickets on debut, hope he gets a 5 wicket haul

I would remove Asif ...
At his pace the lower order will come at him hard

Dont agree with you..Asif can easily get rid of tailenders with the swing hes getting...Wait,its just the matter of time before he nips one out...

This has to be the thickest umpire ever, misses a massive no ball and gives a wide for a bouncer. :)))

wahab what a find by PCB.
The thing is that this guy did well in ODIs too. bowling average of 20.20, strike rate 24.1, economy 5.02 (a little high). The only reason he wasn't continued with was that the first three ODI matches were against weak opposition, so didn't really prove anything.

Pakistan getting a little sloppy here and need to just take a few minutes to stay calm and get to bowling according to a plan!

29.1
Wahab Riaz to Prior, 1 wide, 87.4 mph, oops, this is even worse. Suddenly Wahab has lost it, this barely hits the cut strip outside off stump
29.1
Wahab Riaz to Prior, 1 no ball, 89.4 mph, Wahab powering in and this time oversteps. Wasn't a great delivery either, shoved well outside off
29.1
Wahab Riaz to Prior, 1 wide, 76.7 mph, this is very short from Wahab, Prior tucks under it but he could have jumped and it would have still been well over him

Pakistan getting a bit sloppy now. Got to keep the pressure on these two and not give freebees

Pakistan bowlers need to not get carried away here!

Prior, Swann and Broad can all bat and need to be got out asap!

Wahab reminds me a bit of Pravin Kumar, the way he flicks his wrist when delivering the ball. Obviously they're miles apart in terms of class but I just couldn't help but notice this little superficial similarity.
