Asif has taken over 50 wickets in 10 matches since last August but can't get into the top 16 nominated for icc player of the year, disgusting!

Judges include Shastri and Pringle.

Seriously - this partnership has swung it big time for England. They will score 250 plus and if Pakistan bat tonight expect 3 or 4 wickets in a twinkle of an eye. England 280 and Pak 20-4 at close isn't so good is it?? Well that's the scenario we looking at.

Premature celebrations come to mind.

Mind you...Wahab Riaz ... well done. Aamer looks off colour by the sounds of the commentary (im at work and not seeing it).

Don't worry, Zedman's comments were always pathetic and will always be pathetic. There are no two ways about it. Zedman is one of those people who probably live in a foreign country and then try to become like those people too. Specially when they are desprately trying to be one of the gang. He will do whatever it takes to put his team down by commenting like this. He is just simply pathetic.
 
Ajmal is being a bit too leg sidey at times ... and he gets hit for a four on the leg ....

he's only great in tests. He's up for test player of the year, but probably can't be cricketer of the year as he doesn't excel in at least two of the three formats.
 
can we please get this egg head out now hes starting to frustrate me now and his pus*y faced friend
 
This would be a good day for Pakistan. To bowl England out for 250-280 on the 1st day is not too bad in normal circumstances.

BUT...

We have the worst bating side in the world (apart from Zimmies).

Farhat - worst opener in world cricket.

Hameed - a fisherman and a rubbish bat.

U Akmal - worst batsmen in world cricket at test level.

Azhar - no experience and struggling

Moyo - not batted in ages and is now 37 and not the player he was.

Butt - completely out of form.

This batting line up will not get 250 in TWO innings never mind one. And you guys are celebrating England getting around 250-280.

He doesn't play much T20 and hasn't played much ODI either. Tests is proper cricket so I would have thought him being the leading wicket taker would have been enough to be at least nominated.

By reading his predictions all the time I am not going to be surprised one day if he say he is not Pakistani

The good news is the run rate has dropped and it's nearly tea, so we can re-group and come back out hard after tea.
 
Just a bit of luck please? This innings could have been over by now if England hadn't been so jammy!

The analysis he did on pak batsmen are somehow true. I hope any pak batsmen can bat like zulqarnain or ajmal.
 
Tea. Englands session and good fightback. Time to re-group, have a shower and come back out hard, one wicket will bring two and three.
 
England would be very happy going into the tea......From 94/7,they are now in a reasonable position....

Poor 2nd hour for Pakistan....

He said England would be 600/2 or something in their first innings. Need I say more?
 
With this kinda wicket, Eng is already close to scoring enough runs to enforce a follow-on upon Pak.

From 90-7 to 175-7, well done Wahab and Pak Team until lunch. England thereon did extremely well.

If England get 250, which is achieveable, you can forget about winning i suspect.

Salman is a bit slow to react at times.
 
really poor bowling in this session...sure the pitch has eased up and the ball has lost its shine, but that's no excuse for going at almost 4 an over.

The thing wid zedman is that most of his points are correct but he only comments on PP when PAkistan is not doing well to show all his Negativity and never comments when PAkistan are doing well
 
With Moyo around, Pak could score 400, giving themselves a lead of 150 or so. Moyo would have to play well though. Who knows.
