Hypothetical ODI draft

Clive Lloyd, a great captain as he is, believes in every single words of his vice captain and is quite delighted to have him on board.

Its, Abdul Qadir

Picked the wrong Qadir. Surprised that Usman Qadir hasn’t been picked

Qadir was also a capable hitter like Wasim. So, he bats at 9.

Wasim
Lillee
Botham
Qadir
---------

My off spin option is Aravinda de Silva and medium pace is my captain.

I was scared you would pick him in this round before me. But I had another name in my mind.

I thought only mumtaz was without a spinner so was going to pick Qadir in this round before him :afaq

It can't beat mine

Cairns
Imran
Hogg
Vaas

Vaas and Hogg have half centuries.

News report
The news leaked before sachin could announce it ,no one knows who leaked it but people are suspecting mohammad amir:amir.
The batsman is babar azam

By the way this was a nice guess.

I had not dropped the Afridi hint by then. Well done bro.

People are picking two spinners yaar, we didn't had one. I was confused to pick between two leg spinner so I thought even if one gets picked, I will take second but luckily none got selected.

Qadir was going to be my spinner. Kumble was the backup option. Was he your 2nd spinner too?

I am not sure if I will go with two spin options, I didn't had Kumble in mind. Very good economical bowler and did a respectable job for India.

All good / great fielders as well, apart from Ajmal.

Best fielding unit so far. May be Abdullah719 and therealAB can compete this squad wrt fielding.

Qadir at 9 would have been perfect. Really regret not picking him in the previous round.

Sorry was delivering some announcements at PPCL Academy. Will make my picks now

We're going to use the same points-based results system, right? Top 3.

Yeah it's good. Only 9 votes have been cast in the poll so far :mv

Also, only 14,15 posters have rated the teams so far including the participants. Even some of the participants haven't ranked the teams yet including freelance_cricketer :mv

Was expecting atleast 40-50 posters to rank the teams :afaq

Why pick Gayle, your team was already strong enough :sree

Gayle gone, I think Abdullah719 will also take one more opener.:sree

Think the #6 is obvious. All other teams have a keeper so you may as well announce your last pick too

Mark Boucher

How was he left unpicked till the end of round 9 is beyond me. Would have picked him ahead of Clarke but didn't want to bat either Kohli or him out of their preferred position

Same with Babar.

I guess some people preferred the oldies over these two :))

Btw, I'm thinking to pick a keeper now to trade him with Vettori later on :viru Thunderbolt14
