Well as I have said many times...... Umar sahib is not going to do it at tests. An awful innings. Johnson owned him and he had no clue after that. So the 1st of many failures at Test level for Umar "Tendulkar" Akmal. I will say it again because people are still treating him like a Lara or a Tendulkar...... Umar Akmal is a average test player. He is a talented guy. A slogger. Not a test bat.

I will hold my judgement until he has played at least 15 to 20 test matches. For that matter, even Watson was out at duck, but that doesn't mean he is not a good bat. Please refrain from judging players based on one or two innings or matches. Talk about it after the whole series. Maybe then we can have a better idea.
