Well, depends.

Pitch is flat and England bat really deep. If they bat well and chase it down, credit to them.

Obviously though, if we bowl poorly, don't bowl tight lines and keep feeding them boundary balls, then yes we're at fault for sure.

People will now say that the wickets were falling at the other end and at that context it was a good innings and he accelerated later. Its not 90s anymore , moden odi cricket is not played like this. This is why we are sitting at the bottom of the odi table... we need batsmen at the top who dont play 60 percent dot balls in their innings.

This would only work if your opponant is weaker than you or you think they are . England are not a weak side and if you don't give them respect you will be all out for less than 150. The approach Azher took today was exactly how we should play . Key thing is to have wkts in hand which is what has let us down in the past.
