Perform what... What more can they perform...they got Aus all out for 250 odd...what more can they do...Even with Ws and Shoaib akthar getting them out for 50 is impossible. razzaq is a seam bowler ..perfect here .. much better than dummy asif who bowls at 80.. has no rhythm


razzaq was succefull in lords T20 too.
 
lol we need to try and get the lead under a 100..not that it will make an iota of difference but this will be a very low scoring match!! ive got to say our batting has been pathetic..all they had to do was stick it out and at least try and get close to the target!! spineless wa.....s!!
 
Watching Asif bat is just depressing but keep the faith. Kaneria 3.0 bout to take over.

News in the dressing room is that Danish Kaneria is furious for being called for tea, He was seeing the ball well and felt he was on the way to make a big one... A source close to the Pakistan teams said... Hmmmm

Players gone for tea interval. Azhar ali and umar amin can't be judged yet, we need to see them for few more matches before we can judge how good or bad they are.

Come on, let us frustrate the aussies with the last wicket. A 50 run partnership would be ideal now and then we have to bowl out aussies for under 150 and win the game by playing in ODI manner.
 
even if we get them all out for 100.. can we chase 200? absolutely pathetic batting, akmal bros hav been a huge disappointment! and the annoying thing is our bowlers are just as good as aussies but our batsmen make them look lyk the pace attack of windies in the 80s. watson getting 4w tells it all.

we dont want him for tests ... but in seaming conditions he is best bowler for us and better than drug patient asif who bowls like small kid at 80 pace.
 
We need an absolute miracle now.

Might happen with the ball, but with the bat? No Chance.

you cant force us to like such dummy cricketers and ruin pak cricket.

disgraceful batting performance...there was absolutely NOTHING there to produce this kind of scorecard...if you can't handle a bit of swing bowling with common sense and some guts then you don't deserve to play at Test level.

Not really AZ, the pitch still had a lot of juice in it, the ball was seaming and ducking around a long way. Hard to blame the debutants for their failures.

plus I think either our bowlers bowled much better or conditions were far more bowler friendly yesterday...

It was by in large irresponsible batting especially by Junior...
Farhat, well he looked so unusually composed for the first few overs and then played a silly shot with no footwork at all...
 
I think Pakistan really need Younis Khan, Shoaib Malik, and especially Mohammad Yousuf in the team. Yousuf is a legendary batsman. That Fawad Alam kid also seems to be a good player if I am not mistaken.

I want to see you make your debut at lords replacing Yousuf and facing the Aussies in English conditions....
 
A hundred lead for Australia isn't the end of the world. Asif and Kaneria need to get on with it, there is no point hanging around. While the weather is cloudy Pak bowlers have the best chance of restricting Aus to a lowish second innings score. Sunny conditions are expected tommorow so if we can have around 35 overs at Aus tonight, then maybe 4-5 wickets can be taken.
 
everyone pray that there's breaking news on sky news saying lord's has been flooded.
